Tupac. While others might have better lyrics or a better beat. No one was able to spit party rhymes (I Get Around) with conscious rhymes (Brenda) with as much authority. 'Pac had it all.

Tupac was a legend, but he's not one of the top ten--probably not in the top 20 rappers of all time. The greatest is Rakim. His lyrics are brilliant (much better than Pac), and he has an amazing flow...I'm not saying Pac sucks, just that he's overrated.

Tupac because all his raps came from the heart. He was real to what he said. He put so much passion into every one of his raps. He's by far the best.

wow these people have no idea what they're talking about. the top three rappers of all time go... Jay-Z, Eminem, and Lil' Wayne. Tupac sucked... He had maybe one good record and that came out when he died. j, em, and weezy's songs are incredible from the beat to the verses to the hooks. tupacs beats sucked

I won't lie, Tupac was good, but if he was alive today... I guarentee you he would not be at the godlike status he is now. Like if Cube, Snoop, or Dre died too, they'd possibly be pretty popular nowadays, except makin movies about driving kids to a lake or whatever, and dancin with old white ladies, and dre doin god knows what.
