Not if they're the cut-off daisy duke style jean shorts.
But when they're cuffed, and tailored, they are definitely back in.
Just saw them featured in vogue or instyle.
Great for transitioning into fall, and for the rest of summer. when theyre tailored, and not too short and tight, you can wear them with cute flats OR something more substantial (wedges, sandals, maybe even peep-toe pumps).

they've never gone out of style! things are only out of style when they aren't sold anymore, and jean shorts will always be in style =]
