Here in Morganton, North Carolina (western NC), at the moment it is about 88 degrees, kind of muggy and starting to cloud up some. We have a chance of thunderstorms this afternoon.

Marshmallow clouds lazily strolling across the sea blue sky, creating shadows that slip in and out of my view. Each time cooling my skin from the 86 degree sun. The smell of freshly cut grass enveloping my senses.

It is dry and hot and humid. We are about 20 inches below normal on rainfall for the year (Alabama).
