I always get the looks but thats it. Im not ugly, but you always see really tall guys with tiny women.

Guys love tall women.
Look at all the models you see.
They are tall with long legs.
Maybe you are into only tall guys and havn't met the right one.

Most guys are intimidated by tall girls. I don't know exactly why. I'm 5'11" and once dated a girl who was 5'10". It felt kinda weird having a girl look me level in the eye. When she wore heels, she was actually taller. That said, 5'9" isn't all that bad. I've known girls over 6'0" tall. Basketball players. They had an impossible time getting a date. It shouldn't matter how tall you are. The important things is that you feel comfortable with and confident about yourself. I think that will overcome the awkwardness of a height differential for most guys (except the really short, insecure ones). I hope this helps!

I'm a short guy, I have only ever once had a tall woman interested in me. So how do you feel about shorter guys?
Most people would say that woman like the security (as false as it may be) offered by a larger man

That is because they dont know what they are missing out on. Height is not a requirement with some guys. They just arent that interested. Sometimes what happens with a tall woman is that she is self conscious about being seen with a shorter man and it carries over

I am tall too and married a short man. LOL
I liked tall men (until I met hubby and then I realized I don't care). So, here is my theory. Tall men want to feel as if they are protecting their tiny woman, because she is tiny and helpless. LOL
Many women want tall men cause they want to feel protected by their big, strong men. :)

Men do like tall women but sometimes they are intimidated by women that are taller than them or nearly the same height as them.

Theres nothing wrong with it, but some guys feel imasculated when the girl is taller even if she's not wearing high heels.
Naturally guys have the mindset to be bigger, stronger, the provider, protector etc.... If they're smaller they dont feel like this.
But any guy like that isnt worth your time. And tall girls are sexy, cuz they have nice legs :)

Lot's of guys prefer tall women. Myself included, but I'm 6'3". Most guys today are really short, and need more shortness surrounding them so they feel taller.
I'm sure you're hot, so try hanging out somewhere where their will be some taller guys. I play volleyball and there are lot's of tall women out there getting lots of attention.

i like tall women lol, and i can tell you a lot of me think the same way i do to. I dunno you try making the first move instead of them some might feel intimidated cause your taller go for a guy at least 6'2 or taller because they still should be taller then you even if you wear heels.

Is 5' 9" too tall? I didn't think so. I met a girl who was 6' 5" now SHE was tall!
