Well, the Number 1 rated television show of all time is considered to be "I Love Lucy".
My favorite shows differ greatly. I love Family Guy but I also really enjoyed The Sopranos. One show I almost NEVER miss is Dateline NBC, and the first three years I never missed Malcolm in the Middle.
