A change of 5degC is the same as 9degF. Water freezes at 0C and 32F. So +5C = (32+9) = 41F.

Also, a changeof 1degC is 1.8degF. So if you memorize that 20C = 68F, and 25C = 77F, then 26C = 78.8F
