When you are starting from scratch, it is highly unlikely that you will get to dictate the terms (e.g. you will only work with your friend). There can be a loophole to this, and that is if you will work for free or for very little money until you prove there is a market for your work because no one will be willing to gamble on there being a customer base for you and your friend if the gamble is too large. Based on research I did in college, the porn industry is brutal to its participants. There is a very, very small group of winners and a whole lot of losers. Thanks to the Internet, the porn space is very crowded and has a lot more competition than in the past, so people have had to do bizarre and unique things to carve out their niche, otherwise they are but a small fish in a large ocean. The amount paid to actresses has gone down significantly as a result of the competition, so it is very difficult to earn a true living with porn unless you become a true star, although you can earn some extra cash. You need to determine what you are willing to do to be in porn, and then realize that you will probably have to do a lot more than that. If you are unwilling to go that far, then limit yourself one of the web sites which specialize in live webcams and go from there. I wouldn't do it, but who am I to say that you shouldn't? As with any job application, you start by sending a resume and cover letter. Send a letter to Vivid or Wicked Videos. Enclose a picture of your dick. A live-action "audition" tape might be better. You will find the addresses on the back of any of their porno dvd's. Don't forget to include references, assuming that you actually have had sex before and can find at least three people to give you good recommendations.

That is easy. You go to one of the production companies with a face shot and or a resume and let them see you. They will take their own photos then and there and see if you can perform on call and if your member is impressive or not. If they like what they see they will hire you. If not then they will let you go. It is that simple.
