Remember in the 80’s when Gore and wife went on the warpath regarding rock music lyrics? Looks like the flip floper has struck again. Many of the same bands that he went on a tirade against, he is now in bed with to promote his “save the world gig” My Question? Who in their right mind could take this man seriously about anything? And why, are you on the same meds His son is? and for you nut case tree huggers, how are these people getting where they are going to, to play their songs, do you think they are ridding a donkey, or walking? No its called jets, and cars, and helicopters, and you know what they use, that evil stuff called fuel, oh, the humanity of it all, what then shall we do?

;-) But you see all those bands and Mr. Gore can buy carbon credits to offset the use of electric and jets. If you have enough money you can live the high life and still have a carbon footprint of zero. Well I guess it's as good as Edwards getting $1,200 & $400 haircuts and proclaiming a time for change between the the have and have-nots is here. Hypocrits are just an accepted part of that world I guess.

It is possible people have prioritized their agendas. I would hope after 20 years it has been acknowledged that "saving the world" may rank a little higher than rock music lyrics. Maybe applauding both sides for getting over petty differences to work together for a much larger cause would be more appropriate.
Of course they are using "jets, and cars, and helicopters." No one, not even the most furious conservationists, are sayin lets stop using fossil fuels. Besides impossible, that would just be silly and nieve. What the majority of the movement is calling for are alternatives, ways to wean us off our nation's fuel dependency.

Al Gore's son was injured in an automobile accident as a child. He sustained a brain injury and has required medication and therapy all his life. Why don't you research your question before you comment about a handicapped individual.

Al Gore's son lacks certain decision-making skills that sometimes makes him act like an *** at times--what's your excuse.

P.S. I'm an Independent voter. I'm concerned about my country continuing, without harm from inside or outside it's borders. I work toward this end.

The Amish do not drive cars. They go by horse and buggy. They also grow their own food. If Gore is so serious about GW, he should become like the Amish. A side benefit would be that we would not have to listen to his ignorant rants anymore.

He wasn't on the censorship bandwagon, his wife was. And she didn't want to yank the "foul-mouthed" music off the shelf, she wanted it labeled so "children" couldn't buy it.

You have a legitimate complaint here. Unfortunately you tarnished your argument by sounding ignorant and a bit of an ******.
