It should be ok in particular the multi-vitamins but I would recommend checking with your dr as well because one of these could cause your potassium levels to rise causing things to be more problematic.

Aldactone is a potassium sparing drug which means that it doesn't take a lot of potassium out of the body like some other diuretics can and when there's too much potassium given it can counteract the medication's effectiveness.

I use Aldactone to treat some of the symptoms I get from a condition called Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome.
