My wise answer is:

Nobody's perfect.

To answer the rest of your question, someone can be highly skilled, or perform something perfectly, but nobody can "be" perfect.

I cant tell you what that word means to others but i will tell you what it means to me.I am good at certain things like solving math equations,i like it so much that i have a hunger to solve higher and more difficult questions every time even if they are not meant for someone my age, even when i get 100% marks in my exam i don't feel i have done my job,i like take on things my age students cannot do so lets say every time i reach a goal i set it higher the next time,i reach there and i set the bar even higher, that way i keep climbing and don't stop, thats whats perfection is to me.Set a target,do the best you can to reach it and when you get there, set yourself another level of perfection,so although "perfection" dose't exist, people like me use it as a dummy word,so we can reach higher standards.Perfection is a goal which you think might not be possible to reach but you do everything to reach it.Define your own meaning for "perfection" sir, believe me its a magical word.

Thre are so many words like this, 'Perfect' Why do you single this out?

Honest, Wise, Clever, Truthful, Beautful, Handsome, Principled, Ultimate, etc etc are some shining examples.

Almost al the superlatives are not Real but RELATIVELY assessed or felt.

Luckily, Thank God, we don't have 'more perfect' & most Perfect'.because of the wrong definition / understading. of the word, 'Perfect'.

'Perfect is our reach thought not in our grasp.

Perefect is what you want to be what you can be!

Clear?

Perfect. To me it is without flaw. We can have moments of perfection. Like the 100% on a test or having the right change to pay for something. For that short time or that event one cannot get any better. There is the perfect dinner when it consists of all your favorite food cooked to your judgement of perfection. Though I've never seen the perfect woman, I know I've seen, my assessment, of perfect legs, or hands, or feet or lips. We as humans can see perfection in almost anything and my view of perfect may be different from your's whether in food or cars or women or vacations or art or...you get my point. I've hit the perfect spike in volleyball, rolled the perfect strike in bowling, hit my version of the perfect home run and how do I know this, because it felt that way and until I do one of those better then they will be my definition of perfect. It's all in one's perception perfect, like beauty, is in the eye of the beholder. I like thinking things I do and see are perfect and I like trying to get there.

I don't really know God is perfect but he's not human but what's perfect to you might not be perfect to someone else like the perfect life or the perfect car for you.

Just because people cannot be flawless does not mean other things in nature cannot. Many flowers for example are considered perfect.
