Yeah sure I do it helps to keep the fear in check so I don't freak. The first time I went into back surgery the Doc made a comment that the people in surgery were surprised that I was making jokes. I think I was just stoned from the drugs they give you and paralyzed with fear. I didn't even know I was making jokes.

Absolutely! Laughter is my cure-all! My friends & family say, my laugh is infectious. My dad will call me, when he's having a bad day, just to hear me laugh. He says, it makes his day brighter. Of course, he's probably biased. lol
If I could record my laugh, somehow, so you could hear it, I know it would make you laugh too!
