I hope not. I think he would make an outstanding President or a VP.

wingshooter, you're an idiot. I chose Biden because he is ther only candidate who has plans for issues in this country and he has been around for 35 years. Plus, he has a great plan for stablization in Iraq which something neither Democrats or Republicans have. I chose him after researching out every candidate on both sides and because of his intelectualism on domestic issues and international issues. I would go with Ron Paul, however, he is pro-life and anti-gay rights and then doesn't fly with me. I hate people who make blatant empty remarks with nothing to offer.

I did check out Paul and I am not interested in him. If I choose another candidate it "might" be Rudy Gulliani, however, I dislike the lot very much.

He is a very good candidate and does very well in the debates. If one of the top tier candidates says or does something stupid and doesn't do as well in the debates then he could definately kind of take their place or take supportors from them. Also, eventually I think the voters will get tired of the leading candidates and start looking at the less supported candidates and then he will start raising more money.

Biden would make a good Secretary of State or Attorney General, but he blew his best chance at the Presidency, which was in 1992, way back in 1987, when he failed to attribute that Neil Kinnock quote, and had to drop out of the 1988 race. Once that happened, he was finished as far as the White House is concerned. It's too bad, because he could've been a good one. But you've got to get elected first, and he never had much of a chance. (Delaware having only 3 Electoral Votes doesn't help.)

It's not a good sign, no.

Maybe he would be a VP, or in a Democrat cabinet.

He never even got started, so I don't see how this could be the end for him. No way will he be a vice-presidential candidate. Foot-in-mouth disease.
