It won't be for Hillary, that's for sure, she's long past having any more "times of the month." I am always amazed by a question like this though - though I realize it's just a stab at Edwards.
As if any woman could get to the position of President if she had "woman troubles" every month. Thinking a woman that strong would have PMS problems that affected her decision making is akin to wondering if a male President would be surfing the net for porn while waiting for the launch codes.
