Dressing up for DH release?

Sorry if this is annoying to anyone, but I'm dressing up for DH. I was originally planning on just wearing a funny shirt that had to do with HP, but now I'm actually considering dressing up, so I want to go as Remus Lupin of course. I think I asked this before, but I need more ideas. I don't want to spend any money. lol

Check out a thrift store - find something that you can turn into a cloak (an old jacket, a long thing of fabric) and get some torn-up clothes and patch 'em up, since Remus is poor and werewolfy. You can give yourself gray hair using cheap stuff from a party or costume store.

He carried a breifcase with R.J. Lupin on it, so try to find a case at the thrift store, and some cheap paint from the party store to write the name.

With that plan, you shouldn't have to spend more than 10 bucks :)

A very simple outfit. If you can put something like that together if you dont mind you could make it really shabby and old looking. If you don't already have one..=b you can get some make up stuff and make a small mustache! you can always get a small name tag pin and put 'Professor Lupin'.
Also a suitcase would be nice. Put Professor R.J Lupin on it.
Maybe put a little bit of baby powder in your hair...only a little bit. It will look like you have some gray hair!

Other ideas...Harry?
Get some black slacks, a white collar shirt and a sweater. then get some redish colored make up and have someone draw a lightning bold on your forehead.

Haha, you could get some black clothes and maybe a black robe.

Cedric?
You could get some hufflepuff colored clothing and a robe...and maybe a 'Potter stinks' badge. :)

Well you could wear a worn out suit cause that's what he wore in the movie. I know you don't wanna spend money but you could go to a thrift store and look around.

i am dressin my neices up for the release but for lupin you could buy a cape like his and put some holes and a few rips in it (it was described as old and shabby in the book) get yourself an old and tattered brown suit case like his one and use a lilttle make up (i know i know) to make it seem as though you have bags under your eyes
