i've seen them outside my window.(looks like a person)
and in my basement while i was on the computer.(couldn't Make Out what it was).
the shadow was on my air-heat(someheater thing)

Could be ghosts. How long have you been in your house & how long have you been seeing them? It doesn't sound threatening. If it doesn't get cold, don't worry about it.

You said that you see them when you sleep at night and can't move. Is this the only time it happens, at night when you are sleeping? If so you may just be experiencing sleep paralysis. It is quite a common phenomena. It happens to me. It is when you suddenly wake from a deep sleep, only part of your brain wakes up. You can't move as the sleeping part of you brain controls movement and has put your body into a paralytic state to ensure you do not hurt yourself by rolling around in your sleep. Also with this although you are conscious and can look round your room hallucinations are common, you are basically dreaming on top of your actual vision. These hallucinations are often of shadows or figures, even demons. You also have an overwhelming sense of a presence in the room. It can last a few seconds or a few mins, until the rest of your brain wakes up. It can be quite scary especially not being able to move, but it is a totally normal condition, nothing to worry about.

There called shadow people people another form of a ghost. Some can be good and playfull, others can be bad and mischievos,

A shadow is the effect of something blocking a light source! Any other opinion is supposition!

They're shadow demons or shadow spirits. Ignore them and they will go away, or burn white sage and that will make them leave too. Just don't show them fear they like that.

They are demons. There are no such things as ghost or spiritis...only demonic spirits.
A good way to get rid of them is to recite a scripture, or say "Jesus Christ"
NEVER look in their eyes.
