Jeff Hardy would win. He's just an all around better wrestler. Plus in his rivalry matches against Matt, Jeff one most of the matches.

Matt coz he seems to be on a big push to set him up for an edge feud, where as jeff as much as i disagree with it is on a losing streak, constantly being put against people of randy ortons stature that need to win for the storyline to work. Jeff is kinda becoming a jobber if you look at it, while matt is preparing for an edge program, where he will obviously lose but still he is doing better at the mo
