What do you guys think about cousin relationships? My sister says she even wants to marry him!

if they have kids, it can cause serious, serious mental and development problems.

Yes it should be approved.
First cousins have married and had families throughout history, throughout various cultures and situations. Royalty have often married into their own families.
To someone who has never fallen in love under these circumstances, it is gross, wierd, inbred, and immoral. To those who have fallen in love with their cuz, it is wonderful.
I don't believe in those cultures where marriages to first cousins are forced such as muslims. That isn't racist (hellooo I'm brown chocolate bunny), but I don't agree with forcing.
Continuously breeding within a close genetic pool for several generations will have negative repercussions as mentioned above, but this will not happen for just one set of cousins, I know of people who have had beautiful, intelligent children with their 1st cuz.
All the best to your sister, stand by her, she will need it.

Yes it should be approved. There's nothing wrong with cousins liking each other. Lots of people have had relationships with their cousins before. It's pretty normal.

It's dangerous if they are first cousins. Once you get to 4th cousins, I don't even count it. It's up to her. People will probably think wierdly about her, but cousins used to get married all the time, mainly to keep the money in the family, but they still did. I think you should be a good sister and support her in whatever she does.

it depends on if their first cousins! if they are she shouldnt even look at him that way their family and it could cause alot of problems between the families

No way. That's called incest and is pretty much disapproved in America. Her kids with him will be inbred and probaly turn out weird.
