a good friend had a thing happen to her and she called upset knows she can tell me anything and I will listen try to help etc. I tell people we all make mistakes and you hear things that get weird all the time. I told her about this web site and she doesnt have time but said it was okay that I come here and ask.
1. Her boyfriend who is over 40 was staying a few days, HER son was gone and due to things they were going to build or make on the 4th they were going to have a few drinks, watch movie the night before.
2. they were having good time , cutting up, but she may have had one too many and doesnt get drunk not her style.
3. it was bed time, (with no son( the guy has plan to get a "little" his last chance?
4.It hits her all at once and to her horror she starts throwing up and must have passed out.
5. Next morning wakes up, upset with herself for she still feels a little bad, has things to do.
6. He took care of her w/ trash can while she threw up, He still did her all the WAY!

next morning he told her he did her
* later she asked that for now on that HE doesnt bring two types of booze
* She later thought wow sick should he have left her alone? Does this show something? She did not want to bring it up to him, he also get upset if he cannot have sex with her, or seems like its alway in his talk when they are alone.
ALL I CAN SAY is that if they were younger dating for a short time, I would know for sure it wrong and be ticked. But seeing her as long as they have, I dont know what to say I think its weird if she is throwing up why he would do that. To me it would be a turn off, her getting better is more important, and he could have waited or this shows bad charcater on his part? How do I advise??? yes she knows about drinking believe me that why she said for now on 2 drinks tops etc I think he was selfish just becasue he was leaving next day and would not get any for awhile. To me what I hear sex is #1 w/ him from things she said he has said in past.

sounds to me like neither one of them was making very informed decisions. They were both so wasted I don't think either one is very clear on what happened. Couldn't have been much fun either. Loving, I doubt it. So, I think they both have to chalk this up to stupidity, not hold anyone in particular accountable for their equally stupid behavior and move on.

Yes be careful next time, its not her fault, its HIS fault all the way, he took advantage of her, getting her drunk when its clearly not her style! He should have left her alone if he was a friend or ANY kind of friend, he would not have done this to her! Its sad that people take advantage of other people like that when they get drunk knowing that they can not stop that person when they are drunk or passed out!! I blame the guy!!

She needs to leave him. Its obvious all he cares about is getting laid and not about her. If he would not have the decency not to do it when she is sick and she won't remember then he is a selfish jerk and only wants her for one thing. Obviously his maturity level does not match his age. He sounds like a pervert, tell her to move on and in the process she needs to get some self respect because she must not have too much if she is going to let him treat her this way.

This is a guy where sex is more important than the person he's with. He used her to masterbate with, basically. Yes, it's rape if she can't consent, but she wouldn't be able to prove it since she blacked out. She should dump him. He doesn't love her or care for her, he just wants sex. That's not a good relationship, and it's not a good example of a relationship for her son.

If I realise thoroughly dispite the truth she used to be puking or worse handed out he helped himself to her. That is rape. She didnt consent to intercourse she simplest invited him over to spend time in combination. Once she used to be inebriated and handed available in the market used to be now not consent nor implied consent. She will have to act consequently
