Not likely. All out would probably mean you kicking and screaming. A gorilla is A LOT stronger than any human and is also used to combat. You, on the other hand have no natural defenses. I remember reading a story about some guy that learned Kung Fu, and his instructor told him that he was now equipped to go out and kill lions with his hands, which he took literally. So this clown wanders into the zoo, climbs over the fence to pick a fight with a lion. You could guess that the lion in question mauled this guy, but she never did, her cubs (3 of them) made this guy their midnight snack. These are the cubs mind you. So you, vs. an adult gorilla would probably make a fantastic Youtube video, but it wouldn't make any kind of history. Sorry dude.
Now, if you are talking about a guerilla, then you have a good chance, depending on your training.

I don't know why are you in the Zoology Section.But Why do you want to beat a Guerilla in a Fight,i guess your pretty Sadistic.Don't you want Peace in the world wheres no fighting.Remember Martin Luther King a.k.a. '' The Dreamer '' he use Anti-Violence to conivince the white people that Equality is a Reality and we shouldn't be infantile at this situation this is the 21'st century.
But if your talking about a gorilla wich is an largest primate Animal. Im afraid not a gorilla is a lot naturally stronger than you.

If it was a guerilla, maybe it would depend on how well armed he was. If it's a gorilla, they are vastly stronger than any person. It's been estimated that a male orangutan is 6 times stronger than a man (and the orang is about the same weight). Gorillas are much larger and stronger than this and would easily overpower any person.

Hand to hand I'd have to say no, in fact none of the great apes. Chimps can rip a mans arm clean off if it felt the need.
As for a trained guerilla hand to hand you may have a chance, it would depend on your training or your aim.
