Science gave you electricity for the alarm clock and the light, indoor plumbing for the shower, chemistry for your toothpaste, refridgerators for the milk, nutrition for your cereal, engines for your car, and the technology for the computer and cell phone. Pretty much everything you do you can do because of science.
Oh, and you're most likely alive today because of science - vacinnations now keep most children alive through childhood (unlike 100 years ago).
