I have a blog. And I need to insert a a traffic counter. For that I have to insert some htlm stuff in my blog.s html code. And I don't know how! Please help!

I will send you the HTML code of my blog and the sequence I must insert. I'll send it by email. Please, help me, and send me back the HTML code with that sequence introduced in the right place.

This should be very simple for someone who has even little experience with the HTML language.

Please!

Don't need no code. Go to www.statcounter.com

Keep in mind that traffic counters are deceptive. And somewhat meaningless.

Do you put the counter on just one page of a multi-page site, or on every page?
How do you know whether, if somebody clicks on the second page, they come back to the page on which the counter is located?

How do you know whether, if someone clicks from your website to a link you've placed on your website, and uses the back arrow to get back to your website, that's another visit to your website (do you care?)?

How do you know whether someone visits your website and comes back five minutes later after going for a donut (or a dropped connection)?

How do you count YOUR OWN visits for testing?...and on, and on...

And, what does a visitor count gain YOU? If it's LOW, it might be sort of UGLY for your visitors!
