i wanna have a great six pack but how ? and how long?

id say doing crunches in the morning and at night thats when i do them its easy to reamber and then just stretch ur sides and stuff like that its pretty much what i do i do push ups and stuff to though

lol! you wanna six pack huh? im a martial artist and exersize 1 hour a day at the least. im sore 30 % of the time, pretty much everywhere, including the core muslces. ADN I ONLY HAVE A 4 PACK! lol

try crunches reverse crunches, sit ups. streching. try practicing holding the bridge ( agymnastics move, look it up online)

loose some weight, that way your muscles will show.

i dont know if men like 6 packs on gals, i know alot of guys are intimidated by overly fit me!

What do u need a six pack for? ur 13!

I would recommend various abdominal exercises. Try doing sit-ups while holding a 5 pound weight on your chest. Also a healthy diet. And surprisingly, a big help to building your core strength is to run. Running not only burns fat, but also tightens and contracts your muscles, which helps to build a nice tone. So, eat healthy, do abdominal workouts, and running helps. You should see small results within a week or two. The more you stick to it, the better the results though. And if you notice your progress slowing down, you just have to do more. Do more sit-ups, or increase the weight to 8 or 10 pounds, or run further, or the same distance but faster. Hope I helped!!! I'm 13 and have a 4 pack but gettin' there! All i do is 200 situps every night..
works like a charm =]

Well, You don't need a 6 pack! I'm 13, i have abs, but it kind of sucks when all the guys are jealous of you. But, if you insist on them, here's some tips.
the usual
-sit ups
- crunches those two work well and fast!

another one would be swimming- it works great

Its hard to do at the age of 13. You may affect your growth sprout ,so Id wait until your 14,15,or 16. And to get a 6 -pack go to your local gym and do push ups and ab machines to make it go faster, its not a quick procedure.

lol u know im not close yet but i would say (i know i need to get in shaoe but i have a couple of ideas...) running killed me but it works tons and tons of situps and crunches (i dont know how to do those lol) but u know, i would say a 4 pack would look fine... i think a six pack on a girl might be a little intimidating if you alredy ave the height but u know its ur choice and i need to shut up my messages r too long lol
