I wish. Beach Patrol will see it and kick us off and we won't be able to sleep there. Then I won't get the first light wave on dawn patrol and will be resentful for the rest of the day and rant about Orwellian Beach Patrols. Just scoot a little deeper into your mummy bag. It's always the best being one of the first on the continent to see the sun, no?

Yes, indeed. After all the rafting folks return, we can have a good bonfire tonight on the beach. We can talk about what fun we had today on the white waters.

Sounds good except for its too rainy here on our beaches....
hmmmm ... we could build the fire in a tent on the beach ....but ... all the smoke would get in the way.
hmmmm ... I could cut a hole in the top of the tent .... but...
then all the rain would come in.....
You know what.....thanks but no thanks ....maybe later this summer.
