I rarely drink at all. The last time I drank was new year's eve, and I one beer. Last night I probably had around 4 plus some fruity drinks.

This morning my stomach feels uneasy, the left side of my head hurt a little, my left arm and right leg hurt. Just makes me feel crappy, and I have to try to sleep before work so I can fake it till I make it.

Is it a hangover (never had one), and if so how can I cure it fast?

It's your body reacting to the poison that is alcohol. Some say the best way (although it sounds awful) to feel better is... what is it called? "By the hair of the dog that bit you"? Basically, drink a little bit more (not much! not even half a glass) of the cocktail you got drunk on. Your body is feeling bad from trying to purge this toxin, and adding a little more will sort of equal things out.

You are also dehydrated, so drink a lot of water. Take some tylenol. Rest. Time takes care of it. Limit yourself to two drinks from now on.

Yes, it sounds like a good, old-fashioned hangover. I don't know what the "fruity drinks" were, but if they contained alcohol, they count.

If you have Alka Seltzer, use that before you go to sleep. If you don't have that, try taking an over-the-counter pain med (Tylenol, Advil, whatever you've got) followed by plenty of water. You'll wake up feeling like 75 bucks.

Take some Tylenol and drink alot of water. Alcohol dehydrates your body so that is the main reason you feel the way you do. Are you sure you didnt fall or something?? I dont recall ever having my arms and legs ache from a hangover??

All the symptoms look as hangover except for the your left arm and right leg are in pain. Maybe you feel bad because you mix beer and fruits. Check with your doctor, is safer.

Charcoal tablets and water. When you get a hangover, the toxins in the alcohol remain in your blood, which charcoal (often used in filtering public water) filters out. Your hydration level may be too low to run your krebs cycle, and thus you feel in active and lousy. Drink water for that.

yup, you have a hangover....and it isn't going to go away quickly. You can help some of the symptoms by taking 1000mg of B-12, and 400mg of advil, and drink tons of water. But basically you just have to wait for your liver to filter the toxins from the alcohol.

SOUNDS TO ME LIKE YOU HAVE ONE. DRINK JUICE AND EAT ANYTHING, BUT NOT A WHOLE LOT. TAKE ANY PAIN MEDS. FOR YOUR HEADACH. GET SOME FRESH AIR. IT SHOULD HELP. THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO THO IS SLEEP IT OFF
