They are releasing 'Wolverine' and 'Magneto'.
They are NOT releasing X-men 4 and have no plans to anytime soon! Your information is wrong! Go to the 'official' sites for 'official' info and don't just assume something is being made. :-)

i dont know about X-men 4 but the wolverine movie should be out in a year or so

So far I haven't heard of any X-Men 4. Wolverine shold be coming in 2008.

The only one that signed to do another movie was Hugh Jackman, so I would say it will be about Wolverine.
