Great question--hold on. You are referring to her southern accent but Hillary is a complex individual with many accents like her skillful linguistics, acute, grave and circumflex.
She has many old records from the label Accent listens to an up and coming hip-hop artist named Accent, cooks with accent has an accent for interior design and when she just needs to get away she is incognito in her Hyundai Accent.

Most southern states have different dialects just like many of the northeastern states. New Yorkers are different from Boston.. Philadelphians have their own. We have Pa. Dutch. etc.
It's no different in the south... :)
