Try to work toward becoming a legitimate citizen of this country who not only takes, but actually gives something back to make this a better country for everyone. Rather than just sending money "back home" wherever that might happen to be, and then dissing the people and culture here. Work toward becoming a genuine American, doing it the legal way. Try to actually respect and get along with the citizens already here, and make an honest effort to learn English, and the history and customs of this nation. If he has no appreciation for any of that, he's better off staying where he is.
Immigrating to the U.S. is a good idea, provided he does what I've mentioned above - legal and legit immigration, with assimilation into the larger American citizenry, is actually the lifeblood of this country.

Well hopefully he speaks english... Don't be a homeless person, don't beg for money... The night life is fun in some places... Uh... Get a job... yeah all those are good
