Did England just not qualify for the under 20 World Cup, and if so, who beat them out?
I notice that Wales or either of the Irish teams are there?

2006 UEFA U19 tournament was the qualifier. England failed to make it to the U19 final stages in Poland and thus did not qualify for this tournament.
Of the 8 that made it that far the following 6 qualified from Europe:
Austria, Czech Republic, Poland, Portugal, Scotland, Spain

i know they didnt qualify and i think poland was the team that beated them
