you will also need to know your menu and the space the caterer will need for the food AND service area. with 150 people the buffet should be double sided. the cost will vary upon your area. your should have a good 4500 sq ft. i am assuming you are using 72' rounds? what type of head table?! make sure the chairs fit around the tables.
