This concept of moving into tunnel and being able to move in time is like thinking you blow up the wall of your house and enter it to think you have reached alien world where as you have just reached you neighbor's bathroom. Think of time as a big clock being run by god. Their noon and other side midnight are both occurring at the same instant on that big giant clock of god so you are no where ahead or forward. Besides its impossible to build such tunnel.

If your east of Greenich, England you would go forward, west and you go back. No the other way around. Maybe no one knows because no one ever tried it and the compujyration is too difficult and make you dixxy. Soon we'll all be China and it will be [) hours difference and they will know how to figure it out anyway. I got it. We can get on the website and ask them the time of day. It's a shame how we get taught 'facts' and not how to think.

Yes, that is correct. However to move through the Earth in only 12 hours you would have to go at an average speed of 1063 kilometers per hour, which is almost the speed of sound at sea level and well past your terminal velocity at any particular point in the trip. So it would not be possible to get through in only 12 hours just by falling, you would have to actually get in some kind of elevator or rocket.

Well technically
gravity would not allow you to fall to the other side of the Earth because gravity pulls towards the center of the Earth. But if you were to PROPEL yourself through this tunnel, it may just work, 12 hours backwards. note: discluding heat

You would not "quickly exit."
As you pass through the core, you would be cremated.
By all accounts, the core temperature is at least 2,300°K (~3,700°F) - (http://hypertextbook.com/facts/1999/PhillipChan.shtml).
Temperatures for cremation are 1600°F-1800°F (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cremation).
In answer to the question stated another way ...
The time difference on the oppsite sides of the earth is ~12 hours. When it is ~6:00 a.m. in the U.S., it is ~6:00 p.m. (same day) in China ... so it would depend on whether you "jumped" from the U.S. to China, of from China to the U.S.

you would be 12 hours ahead if it were possible..........but its not possible due to the center of gravity in the earth and also ,dont forget about the core of the planet that is so hot it can melt any substance on earth;]

No, that's silly. If you talk with someone on the other side of the earth, you'll find it's the same time even though it's midnight there and noon here. TV programs have to be rebroadcast at two different times to show up at the same local time on east and west coast, no time travel there. 8^)
When I talk to people in Australia I often make the joke that I could die here in California and still be alive until noon tomorrow in Australia. But it's just a joke. And a dumb one at that. Nobody ever thinks it's funny.
