Why do Women lie?

Seriously. Most women vlaim they want a man who treats them right. but they settle for someone who treats them like garage. Why is that.? Perhaps they have a problem deciding between lust and love. I think they lust more than love, perhaps is a convenience, but put lust over top love. If not, then explain the difference with no lies or B.S. After all twomen are just as materialistic as men as much as they want to deny it.

You are very right. and I think woman d fall for lust before they do love. I hve done it once myself and believe me I learned from it. Sometimes women are just lonely or desperate and being w/ someon no matter how they treat you fils that emptyness, Most are just looking for someone to depend on, it's really hard to explaine and it's complicating. but if you look hard enouh you will find the rihgt girl for you. just keep your eyes open.

ok first off you ask why women lie. Next not all women pick men that treat them badly . When two people meet to be with eachother both are as sweet as they can be to get together and after some time the true colors come out. If it's lust usually the girl/guy can let go easily. Also not everyone is materialistic. I am not that kind of person I don't need objects to love my husband I love him for who he is and how well he treats me so if you think all women are the same then you should try getting to know women that are smart and are more into other things than themselves stop hanging around vain people before you become like them!!!

I am a woman and I agree with two things that you said. The thing about wanting lust over real love and women being more materialistic than men. But, the thing is men are liers also but what they want is a whoocie over a real woman. It goes both ways. Men want to fuss and complain about women using them, look at the women you are picking up. Yeah, they might seem innocent and cute but that's just a front. This is what I suggest. Get to know people better, these days people are judging off of looks more which is very important but the heart is more important than anything.

unfair. not all women are gold diggar, and not all men are pig and jerk.

1) don't blame on women only, and you need to know how you pick a woman, and why you pick on her. maybe you want to date her because she is gorgeous. and she wants money from you. in my eye, i see it as a business deal more than she used you.

2) lust or love. both men adn women are the same. don't tell me you love her a girl without good sex. i don't believe in it. very simple.

3) just because you have 1 bad experience, then you think all women are. how about your mum? does she treat you that way? be fair!

4) everyone has bad experience, and i took much bullshit from gusy too. look at me now, i am still alive, and be okay. live and learn. and earth never stops for nothing and nobody. jsut learn how to make your happy instead of mad.

we all lie sometimes, it would be lying saying that we dont. however, depending on the situation at hand, some people tend to enjoy playing games and get a thrill out of seeing someone hurt/sad. ...when you lie to someone youre either doing it to cover up something else (the truth) or to protect that persons feelings, our own therory that the thought of them not knowing would be better off. sounds like youre upset w/ a particular woman lying to you and perhaps hurting you for this, well, if you know that she is not being truthful for a fact then you need to decide if you want to continue to be involved w/ this person, but remember, go off of facts not here say, cause in turn this will cause a trust issue between the two of you, you will think she's always lying and she will be fustrated w/ this and never want to tell the truth, knowing you wont believe her in the future.............good luck!!

Sounds like you have been scorched big time! Some women like "bad boys" and find them very appealing. Some have been hurt, don't trust, and go after what ever they can get and that includes telling lies. You need to find the right woman and it is going to take time, patience, and going to the right places to find one. Some woman that has four drinks with you may not be your best choice for a companion. Be selective. Don't be bitter guy, there are wonderful women out there looking for a man they can trust equally as much as you are looking for a good woman.

Perhaps they don't like being lumped into a big group and not having an identity of their own because they aren't individuals--they are just women!

Perhaps our idea of being treated right to be accepted as a person, an individual and one that has unique needs and traits and desires.

Or perhaps, we just get sick and tired of listening to men act like we are all a bunch of selfish twats whenever the man doesn't get what he wants!!!!

Hmm. It's the caveman theory.

Girls say they want a nice guy, but in the long run, he's a wimp, I don't want a doormat as a bf.

Girls get a 'toughguy'. Someone who can not only take care of himself, but also his family...even if he does go overboard..alot... treating everyone like garbage.

We just need to find someone with just the right mix of both.

First off why does anyone lie. Out of shame, denial, anger, resentment, or fear.

Lying is a basis which many tread in.

Woman ( and men ) are confused as to what love really is. Which is hard to decide what they really want. Woman have the same arguement about men. So many standards....pretty, thin, rich, big butt, small butt, big breasts, small breasts, ..... ahhh the ever so popular battle.

Both sex's have no idea what they want till it comes along....however your question is really about lying....it's about why a woman left you for a "bad boy".......Which only that woman's reasons remain. No one else can know why she is the way she is.

To answer your question: Maybe they feel like even if they have a crappy man in their life, they feel like they have to stick it out. Especially in marriage, a lot of people take their marriage vows seriously. And yes, women want a right guy... but even right guys have flaws. But I also think its psychological too, with how her daddy treated the woman, or if the daddy was even there. Hope that helps.
