I'm not married, but I would say whichever makes him the happiest. I know that many women are more cautious about their husbands working in an office environment versus an environment that is all or mostly males. Heck, I know women who only want their hubbies to have an older or homely secretary. I am not this way - if a man wants to cheat, he'll find a way no matter where he's working.
