Yes, you can eat leftover potato salad provided it was returned to the fridge within 2 hours of being out at room temp. Enjoy.

If it was refridgerated an hour after sitting out since it has mayo in it!!

only if it was refridgerated within two hours after it was first served.the mayo can spoil pretty fast if it was left out in the heat.

i wouldn't recommend it, we all got drunk and passed out, it sat out in the sun WAY longer than it should have...
