Well, in reality, there's no one to blame but yourself. The local weatherman is simply a prognostacator whose forcasts are based solely on hypothetical probabilities, a little conjecture and a lot of "what ifs"....e.g. "what if this system of low pressure continues on it's present path, then, it "probably" will rain in these areas" and this unfortunately is all subject to change without notice.
While rain will reign wherever it rains...you sir have the option of relocating to any area in the world where it does not rain...with or without using someone's professional opinion to forecast the non-event.
So, whenever you get rained upon, you really can't blame your weatherman now can you?... when in reality it's you, yourself, that controls the rain....not in the sense of WHERE it will rain but, where YOU can locate yourself in order to avoid being rained upon.

Weatherpersons are stupid. They try to cover their butts by saying that a statewide area on average will have no rain. It's perjorative, because you can't generalize that large a piece of land, unless it's Rhode Island, which who knows where you live. I totally understand where you're coming from. It's even worse when on Monday the forecast is clear blue skies through the weekend and then it rains Tuesday through Sunday. They're really annoying SOBs.

I'll take your rain over my 110 degree weather here anytime. But weathermen really do get in trouble for bad predictions.
I saw in the newspaper once a 0% chance of rain listed and yet it rained all day long. I'll bet somebody got fired.

We have had enough rain to last us a life time! today is the most sun i have see all summer! yet some parts of the U.S. are in the worst drought they have seen for years! would you rather it be 128 degrees like Vegas or rainy? I'm not sure who to blame but it could be worse!

explanation why your mothers and dads wont sign this is because of the fact they understand that its a undesirable concept. all of us who gets married below the age of nineteen has an 80 5% possibility that it will lead to divorce. the fee is even larger if there's a toddler in contact. Do your self a great want and purely WAIT. there isn't any injury in that, you have already had slightly one, so why won't be able to you purely wait? in case you would be at the same time constantly besides, why does it remember once you get married?

Just blame the government...they're to blame for everything else, so one more thing won't hurt...lol.
If you think you've got it bad, I live in Spain where the weather is GORGEOUS at the moment, but my crazy parents are actually making me MOVE to the UK...so I have lots of rain to look forward to and lots of sun to miss...

THATS why, I went out and bought myself a "crystal ball" so I can forecast the weather for my OWN self! I'm sure it's goin' to rain "cats and dogs here!"

I washed my car a couple of months ago. I never wash my car. If it gets cleaned I might take it through a car wash, But this time I spent hours cleaned everything, I even spent time cleaning my alloys with a tooth brush. It looked fantastic... But then the rain started.
