Research shows you remain concious for about 10 seconds before passing out, and can survive about 90 seconds for a well trained person. You become paralyzed and start convulsing, and water vapor begins forming in your tissues, expanding your body up to twice its size

Because of the sudden loss of a normal atmospheric pressure (15 psig) there would be several immediate effects and some slower ones. It depends on the openings in the body that would be effected by the pressure. You would have intense pain in your ears. Moisture on your skin would evaporate and you would cool, but not freeze - for a while. Moisture in your sinus cavities, throat and mouth would also begin to evaporate. Your lungs would be subject to the same negative pressure unless you could keep the throat closed. If you could keep the air in, you would smother just as if you held your breath any other time. Likewise there could be some purge vomiting from any gasses in your stomach, but the liquid contents would not evaprate rapidly due to the heat within the body. You might crap in your pants. You would probably be long unconscious by the time the bends started. Radiation effects would be a long time later.
It would be very unpleasant. Survival for a minute or two would be dependant on your physical conditioning and onkeeping your mouth shut which is a good survival tactic any time.

You would feel a lot of pain.
You would scream in terror.
You would pass out. This takes between 10 and 30 seconds.
You would die. This takes form 90 seconds to 2 minutes. It is caused by a lack of oxygen.
Then..
The liquids in your body would boil out. However you would not explode. There are many ways for pressure to leave the body without exploding it.
The part of you facing the Sun would cook.
The shaded part would freeze.
But at that point, you wouldn't care.
;-D If you are returned to pressure and oxygen within 2 minutes, you would recover with minor injuries, except for uncertain injury to the eyes, perhaps leading to blindness.

Unlike the first answer, and movies such as Total Recall, you have approximately 20 seconds to reach air, and most importantly, pressure. After this time, you will asphyxiate, and your body will essentially be freeze dried. There is an excellent article on the subject at Damn Interesting.
Unfortunately, the body will not explode.

You would pass out from lack of oxygen in a few seconds, and you might get the bends or an embolism or other sudden pressure reduction problem, like a diver coming up too fast, but your body would not explode like some people say it would.

Your body temperature of 98.6 would cause your blood to boil
into a gas and you would explode. Boiling temperature is dependent on atmospheric pressure. That's why it takes longer on a Mountain to boil an egg than at sea level as the water boils at a lower temperature.

All fluids in your body would begin to boil and you would explode into small fragments. Those fragments would freeze and dissipate in the black cold night of space. Sort of makes you feel all fuzzy and snuggly, doesn't it?

The sudden change of pressure would make you body swel
l to the point of bursting, like a weak balloon with too much air in it.

KABOOM!! Liquids in your body would vaporize and tear your body apart before the cold of space would freeze everything.
