Looking to purchase a home in the next 6 months in Southside Jacksonville. New to the area and could use some recommendations.

Just a few warnings about the Southside:
1. LOADS of traffic because of 850,000 people who live here plus 1,300,000 metro-wide; also NUMEROUS construction projects to be finished....some till 2010
2. If you hate traffic, ride the city bus
3. New Sub-division called Wynnfield Lakes...on Kernan and Atlantic Blvds.
4. You're going to enjoy your house as they are nice
5. 2 convenient shopping centers; one is a mall

- and click on the area where you ask for a real estate agent, and you can buy bank owned property with the help of that agent.
You can save thousands of dollars. - and they have for sale properties also.
