If they dress like you do feel proud to set and example or mad at the audacity?

I think it's a monkey see monkey do kind of thing. Most people when they see something they like will go find something similar. It's natural as long as it doesn't get out of hand, then it can become creepy. Otherwise it is a compliment. Maybe you are just one of those people who are a fashion trend setter and other people just want to copy you or maybe that person just thinks you are cool and admires you and wants to be like you. Who knows???!!!

well, maybe if you try shopping together, or have some kind of way to see what she will buy (not being a stalker O_o) but just to make sure she dosnt try to copy your style. If the brand is like a well known brand, then maybe just let it be, but if it is a unique brand, that seriously only you wear, then you should just get your point accross that you don't want her to buy it, and that you want your own unique style. I have had issues like this many times, and normaly they are with my good friends. All i did was talk to her about it and even though we got in a fight about it, we are still like best friends (with the same shoes) :o) I think you should just come up with a system that works best. I would consider that you should both just go shopping together as much times as you can. If she buys something you have again, just tell her that it makes her look un-unique and a copyer. That might help get your point across her. :)

When I was younger, I couldn't stand it. There was this girl who copied everything I wore and I hated it. Now, I just don't really care... I guess in a way it is flattering.

People with autism are unable to copy other peoples' behaviour. Doing it is natural, to a certain point at least.
Most people I know are dressed much the same btw ;)

I tried copying Angelina Jolie.
No success.....
Since that sad and traumatic experience, I find that copying is totally creepy!

I have copyright.

It's flattering AND creepy. My first thought is why can't they come up with a style of their own . . . you did . . .

The only time I had someone "copy" me was in Catholic school and we all had to wear the same thing so ... I don't care either way.

I actually feel creepy. I don't see any reason for me to feel flattered, what is there to be flattered about...? But then again, that's me. ^_^
