I have a 3mo. old son and husband who split. I am 6 mo. behind in my mortgage and am going to be evicted in 3 weeks if I dont come up with $. I want to file bankruptcy but even after that I wont have enough $ to pay arrears over 60 months. I have a full time job and am planning to get a second job, and have every intention to pay the $ back. But i need at least 10K to give to the bank upfront and the rest I can put in a bankruptcy payment plan. How do I go about asking my family for this? In the mean time, I will have an estate sale and sell everything I possibly can to raise $, but thats not even going to be close to 10K. Please Help me people!

When you ask them, tell them about all of this, like how you can't cope and also that you can't pay for the debt and about your son and if your family will care they will lend you some money.
