somebody send me a job vacancies and i just want to know if it is true. They are asking me to return the signed Assessment Application form including scanned copy of my passport. Am I going to proceed or not.

No. NO. and NOT.
There is no hotel Plaza Hotel in Ottawa. You received a spam email that they send out internationally. They scam you into paying fees to process your work visa application, then you never hear from them again.

If you did not apply for this job directly I would be fairly skeptical about it. I would never send a copy of my passport to anyone without talking to someone at the hotel first. Give them a call and ask for human resources. I'm sure they will understand why you wouldn't just send them the information.
