my bladder or get an infection. what can,might or will happen to me, do i have to undergo surgery?

Just go relieve yourself when you need too, what's the problem with that??? It could cause an infection.

as a nurse I have to "hold it" frequently, can't always leave my patient to go to the toilet. I have had no difficulty having children, but I do tend to get bladder infections if I don't drink adequate amounts of water. So a practice of doing this will stretch your bladder, you loose some tone, and you tend to create polyps which can lead to bladder cancer later in life. You become prone to infections. But for the most part, fertility is not an issue.
