Every penis is bit bent and a slight bend upwards is not just normal but desirable.
You may have a problem if your penis is bent to the left or right so much as to make it difficult or even painful to enter your partner during sex. It could be condition called Peyronie’s. This is not an Italian beer. Bent willies are very common and generally do not cause any problem with intercourse. It’s a matter of finding what fits, so to speak. Look at some hard core pornography on the Internet or some naturism sites and see if your penis looks much different from the men shown. Remember that the sort of men on those sites have big penises. If yours is really a question mark and is different from theirs and you do not have some peculiar gift, such as that of the Indian mystics who could use oddly shaped penises to locate natural resources, or if it is not a symptom of a somnambulent foot fetish, see a doctor. If he/she cannot help you, then you may wish to think about a sex change operation. One cut and all your performance issues are in the past.

Depends on how old you are dear. If you are young then you need a little help with the right girl. If you are old you might need some viagra. If it just hangs that way you were born like that and good luck.

However, there are many different penis shapes, sizes and 'growth' directions. My husband's is kinda curved sideways, so I think it is just normal for you. Unless you are experiencing any problems with functionality, don't worry about it.

penile shape varies hugely from man to man, this is normal, and I would just accept your uniqueness and get on with llife.
