I think it is unusual but distinguished sounding enough to work. however beware, people will try and shorten it to Emmy because its cutesier sounding. So if you don't want it shortened make sure you make a stand on it right off.

Very pretty and also unique which is something that is important to me. I would have paried it with Elizabeth for a middle name, dependent on last name of course.
