Oh man, if you haven't heard Stevie Wonder covering We Can Work It Out you've got to check it out. I think it's the best cover I've ever heard. Much less the best cover of a Beatles tune.
Eddie Vedder's You've Got To Hide Your Love Away is pretty good. There is also a version of Aimee Mann and Michael Penn doing Two Of Us that is very good.
Beware the Strawberry Fields Forever by Ben Harper, it's agregious.
