It's definently VERY unique. But that can be a good thing. I like it.

I am sorry I really don't like the name Holland at all for a girl. Nevaeh is a nice name though.

Would you ever consider shorting the name to Holly or something?????

Nevaeh Holland may sound better though if you have your heart set on Holland.

I really don't like the name Nevaeh. Holland is kind of different, but I know lots of people who are using family names as first names now. It's your baby though, you should name her whatever you like and not worry about other's opinions except the dad.

no!
Holland, yes its cute and unique and i love girls named after countries. but dont do nevaeh, its not unique anymore and in my opinion kinda cheesy. I know a girl named heaven, if you want to name her something like that just do
Holland Heaven or Holland Angel or something like that.
Keep Holland tho, its very cute.

It's your child and you can and will do what you want, but you did ask the question so I will answer. It's a bit trashy/tacky sounding. Put that name on top of a resume and think if you would hire that person. We live in a cruel world. You can still be unique while giving your child a normal name. What ever happened to Madison, or Chloe, or Marley, or something cool. I can deal with the Holland part if the middle name wasn't so tacky.

Can you name you child pretty much everything you want? There were parents in Australia (I think) who wanted to name their child 4Real. Weren't allowed to do so because you can't use numbers... As if THAT was the worst about that name!
Anyhoo, choose something meaningful and nice for the kid - they have to live with it!
Holland seems okay - don't know about Nevaeh, looks kinda weird.

Holland by definition >>
hol·land (hŏl'ənd)

A cotton or linen fabric, usually sized or glazed, that is used especially for window shades, bookbinding, and upholstery.

[Middle English holand, after Holand (Holland), a former province of the Netherlands, from Middle Dutch.]

But the definition of Heaven, backwards, or reversed would bee... ???

Hell??

Neveh? Neva (never)?

Or what?

Holland is interesting, but not the backwards heaven. Just use Heaven if you want.

I tend to agree with most of the answers thus far, the name Holland is nice, but the middle name you are thinking of maybe to heavy, and difficult for the child to even say in the earlier years. Ultimately the decision rests with you.
