Again, everyone is different. What my Dr. said was OK and not OK is different from what my friend's and co-worker's Drs say. Use common sense and do what you think is right.

Foods that are as healthy as possible. Very limited amounts of caffeine. Personally, I didn't find Coke and those "energy drinks" appealing before my baby. Whole natuarl foods. Do a search for things like "healthy pregnancy" or "pregnancy health".

My diet is filled with foods that are very whole and very healthy. For breakfast I had two slices of whole wheat bread (with natural sugars; No high fructose corn syurp), with organic natural peanut butter (sweetened with cane sugar), and organic blueberry preserves. I just had a snack of Honey Nut Cheerios and organic soy milk. For lunch, I think I'm going to have two more slices of bread with some leftover beans and steamed veggies. Not thrilling, but the beans need to be eaten. For dinner, I'm not sure. I'm going to look into som ideas, as I'm getting bored with my usual stuff. Well, if I don't take the time to go to the grocery store, I might just have a veggie burger, steamed veggies and a boiled potato. Yeah, not very thrilling, I know, but I'm in a rut anyway and it's easy and healthy.

I don't care for mayonaise and cheese, as I don't consider them healthy. Most mayos and cheeses are full fat anyway.

At 28 weeks my baby is growing well and I've only gained 20 pounds (from six feet, 170 to now 190; My friends don't see it and when I look in the mirror naked, I almost don't see it; It's all going to the baby).

Anyway, I hope this helps.

The mayo is ok, and the soft cheese is ok only if it's been pasteurized. If not stay away from it, it can cause listeria.
Too much caffeine isn't good for anyone, not baby and not you. I'd cut it down by at least half and then eliminate it altogether.

Well I would stop with all that caffeine before you have a screaming withdrawal baby. You'll regret it in the end.
