Oh, now we're talking!! Join the club, my sister in law is nightmare, too. I lived out of state, flew in for the wedding at my own expense, paid for my own lodging and rental car. She gave everyone in the wedding party a gift IN FRONT OF ME at a luncheon, and gave me nothing. I would call your brother and tell him you know everyone else got a gift, and ask where the hell is yours? Was it intentional is what I'd want to know. Does he know his wife-to-be is treating you like that? And most importantly, where the hell is your present??

If you are a part of the wedding she should have a gift for you to, maybe because you live out of state she is waiting to see you to give it to you. If you are not a part of the wedding party it is not necessary to get you one. Hold your head up and go to the wedding for your brother's sake, maybe talk with him. Get them a gift but make sure it's something geared towards your brother. Things have a way of working out, be patient and try to have a good time at your brother's wedding. GL

Didn't your mother teach you that two wrongs don't make a right?
Yes, you should get them a thoughtful gift.

I think you should be the bigger person in the situation and get her something anyways, (not to expensive of coarse) but something just to make her think a little about her actions towards you.
