No, my dad is a senior citizen, and he volunteers his time at the local police force. He's highly qualified for anything he wants to do!
If you mean, do they get benefits and handicapped parking access if they need it, yes, that's for life. If you think about though, if you are a senior citizen or retired at age 65 and you live to be at least 85, some live to 90 or more - that's another 20 years! You can do so much in 20 years.

Only in the minds of some arrogant teenagers and young adults who have a feeling of entitlement. But then they disqualify anyone who isn't just like them.
I am a senior and still working full time. I can and will do anything I want. I may not be as vigorous as I once was and I may not have the strength to be active as long as I once was, but that doesn't mean I am "disqualified" from life.
I think that's the way many men feel who thought their life's work represented who they were. Sad.

I think you are being kind of rude.
Why all these questions? Your acting like being a senior is a bad thing, that seniors cant do anything and they all want to die.
When I was little 40 looked very old to me now that I am older it doent look old I dont want to feel old ever not even at 100 if i ever make it that far. Seniors have lived to see so much you should talk to a few and try to learn a thing or two.
