Has anyone tried her strip tease video and seen results?

I used her tape and actually went to a class out here in Hollywood where the same technique are involved. My abs are more toned and legs. Plus, I learned a few pole tricks(SSHHH!!) but not from the tape but the classes, using the video techniques....Plus, its a good way to feel sexy about yourself.

It's Carmen Electra! She's eye-candy . . . I agree with the previous post-er. If you want real training see a local professional. But if you want to ogle Carmen, the video is probably as good as any other you'll see her in.

they were given to me as a gag gift - and I can see why. They were horrible. It was all common sense stuff and not really a workout. Don't waste your money.
