I think we need extra towels, and a first aid kit just in case. We wouldn't want to have to go all the way back home just because of a little boo-boo. =)
Also maybe something to repair a tire puncture, in case someone accidentally puts a hole in the raft.

All we need is a raft, life jackets, 1st Aid kit, some sunscreen, some food and drink and each other!!! Let's go!

zip-lock bags for your wallett, spare keys left around the car -in case you dump. water filtered bottle to filter your river water... why carry heavy water when you can filter what nature has provided? water-proof disposable camera, life vests for every person + one extra, gps, food (MRE's) light weight they float. first aid kit + epi pen if your allergic. water proof flashlight, a Swedish firestick, & a multi-tool.
