His court date keeps getting moved. He was to already have had his date in June -- but this was the second or third time it was moved -- previously he was to appear in court in April.
A motion was filed by his attorneys on June 13th because a "key witness" was not available.
He is now scheduled to appear in court August 6th and 7th.
